Patterson Plumbing is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber with extensive experience in installation projects. We are also looking for a highly qualified, experienced Apprentice Plumber that has experience with installation projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in accordance with local codes and regulations in both residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform construction plumbing tasks, including installing pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various plumbing tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
- Assemble and install appliances such as water heaters, sinks, faucets, and toilets in both residential and commercial buildings.
- Execute pipe threading for proper connections in plumbing installations.
- Lift heavy materials and equipment as required during installations or repairs.
- Customer service skills to communicate with homeowners and project managers to provide comprehensive and excellent customer service.
- Competent use of conventional sewer machines.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumbing License (or equivalent certification in this state) is required. If applying for the apprentice position an apprentice card is sufficient.
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience in large-scale residential and/or commercial plumbing installation
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Experience using power tools and hand tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Clean driving record and current driver's license
- Strong customer-facing skills: Must be comfortable and professional when interacting with clients, explaining technical issues clearly, and presenting solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Admin Staff, Sales) to achieve shared goals
- Good computer skills: know how to work on an iPad and with basic software programs, knowledge of Service Titan and/or Housecall Pro plus or an equivalent service program.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
