Solaris Residences is seeking an Engineering Technician III professional to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems, residential units, and commercial spaces throughout the property. If you're a skilled problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, we want to meet you. This is a PM position with mornings off for fresh tracks!
Duties Include:

Respond to guest, owner, and employee work orders in a timely, professional manner

Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections across units, common areas, and building systems (including boilers, pools, and fire systems)

Ensure all facilities and operational systems are maintained in safe, efficient, and reliable working condition

Collaborate with internal technicians and outside contractors to complete repairs, improvements, and assigned projects

Document work performed and complete tasks in compliance with safety guidelines and brand standards

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $27/ hour; Hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and half after 90 days
Schedule: Four 10 hour shifts/ week; Sunday - Wednesday 12:30pm - 11:00pm
