Job description

Third shift time 22:00 to 06:30
**The starting wage during the training phase is $17.00 per hour. Upon successful completion of initial training milestones, compensation increases to $21.00 per hour. After completion of Training Level 2, the hourly rate increases to $23.00 per hour.
Advancement through training levels is based on demonstrated proficiency and job competency, not on a fixed timeline. The duration of each training phase varies depending on the individual’s progress and ability to perform the required job functions.
Qualifications and skills required:
-Attitude and personality: Candidates must show a willingness to learn on and off the job with a desire for continual improvement of themselves and their workplace. The candidate must show good attention to detail as well as a strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions. We need HIGH energy candidates.
-Mathematics: The candidate must know how to use a scientific calculator understand addition, subtraction, multiplication, trigonometry, and some basic algebra. Manufacturing, Technician, Production, Assembly, CNC, Shipping, Receiving.
-Physical: You must be able to lift 45lbs to chest level. You must be prepared to stand during work hours. Manufacturing, Technician, Production, Assembly, CNC, Shipping, Receiving.
-Problem solving: The candidate must be prepared to solve problems with the help of shop leadership. Good communications skills are necessary. Manufacturing, Technician, Production, Assembly, CNC, Shipping, Receiving.
-Computer skills: A basic ability to use Windows computers or menu driven operating systems must be demonstrated.
Responsibilities:
Process improvement: Fix the things about your duties you don't like. We encourage creativity and are strongly focused on our employees abilities to improve themselves and our work place. Manufacturing, Technician, Production, Assembly, CNC, Shipping, Receiving.
Compression molding and die forming: The candidate will be expected to compression mold polymer powders into net shapes. This requires selecting tooling, assembling tooling, and pressing out parts that meet desired specifications. The candidate must be willing to learn and perform tasks quickly. This will be your primary duty.
Machining and assembly: Candidates will operate CNC machining centers, injection molding machines, automatic forming machines and a variety of other mechanical equipment.
Testing technician: Have the ability to carry out detailed test plans, assemble equipment and troubleshoot problems.
