Personal Care Assistant – Special Needs (Part-Time)

Position Summary
We are seeking a FEMALE Personal Care Assistant to provide care for a youth on the autism spectrum. This role focuses on supporting specific goals while promoting independence, safety, and well-being.
Schedule
- Saturday & Sunday
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday- Friday
- 4:00pm-7:00pm
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support with daily activities
- Assist with goal-oriented activities and social interaction
- Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
- Maintain a safe, clean environment
- Follow care plans and document observations
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Experience working with youth on the autism spectrum
- CPR (and First Aid) certification required
- Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Experience in home/community care or developmental disabilities preferred
