Key Responsibilities
As a Teacher Aide, you will:
- Support teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Assist with implementing age-appropriate activities that support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Encourage positive interactions, independence, and learning through play and daily routines.
- Help maintain consistent daily routines, including meals, rest time, toileting or diapering, transitions, and classroom activities.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Observe children's needs and communicate with teachers to support individualized care.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
- Provide support in different classrooms as needed to meet the needs of the center.

- Previous childcare experience preferred, but not required.

- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting, bending, sitting on the floor, and standing for extended periods.
