Cashman Landscape Management & Design is a well-established landscape company seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to join our team.
Job requirements include:
- The ideal client will possess at least (3) years of management and field experience
- Possess in depth knowledge of all phases of landscape construction, such as, plantings, lighting, masonry, outdoor kitchens, firepits, fireplaces, drainage, sprinkler systems, grading, etc
- General construction knowledge, such as, electrical conduits/gfi outlets, gas/water/drain lines, pool installations, utility line trenching, general carpentry, etc.
- Experience with both small and large scale residential projects
- Experience operating mini excavator and skid steers.
- Experience operating all necessary hand tools (compactors, demolition saw, grinders)
- Experience driving truck and trailer
- Ability to lead and oversee (3) landscape construction crews
- Ability to schedule and oversee subcontractors
- Purchase order experience
- Experience reading construction plans (planting plants, layout plans, grading plans)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to Lead by example
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean workplace
- Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner (be on time, communicate respectfully to crew members and managers, be reliable, maintain a positive attitude, be accountable)
- Ability to delegate job tasks
- Ability to communicate and take direction from the Construction Division Director
- Ability to solve problems. Ability to identify issues before they become a problem and provide a solution
- Ability to speak both Spanish and English
- Have an awareness and understanding of Snow removal techniques.
We operate Monday – Friday, 7am – 5pm, Saturdays as needed.
Cashman Landscape Management and Design yard is located in Boonton, NJ
Compensation and benefits will be based on experience level.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
