Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Weekends as needed

At HMMI we are a manufacturing company dedicated to delivering quality products and outstanding service to our customers. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, providing assistance, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipments, schedules, and general inquiries
- Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems
- Read and interpret spreadsheets, reports, and production schedules
- Coordinate with production, shipping, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage multiple computer systems and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with order tracking, inventory updates, and documentation
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills required
- Ability to read and understand spreadsheets and reports
- Comfortable multitasking between multiple systems and programs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
