Responsibilities of an Entry Level AT&T Associate
- Engage directly with customers to explain AT&T wireless, internet, and telecommunications services
- Assist customers with account enrollments, upgrades, and service options
- Deliver excellent customer service while building positive customer relationships
- Learn and maintain knowledge of AT&T promotions, plans, and technology solutions
- Support daily sales goals and customer outreach initiatives
- Work closely with leadership and fellow Entry Level AT&T Associate team members to improve sales performance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed enrollments
- Participate in ongoing coaching, team meetings, and professional development sessions
- Represent AT&T with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm at all times
- Help create a welcoming and energetic team environment
