Responsibilities

- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls efficiently, and provide accurate information
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests via phone, email, or in person
- Perform data entry tasks using computer skills, including updating customer records and maintaining files
- Support office management by organizing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Utilize software tools like Microsoft Office
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Previous office or administrative experience, including clerical tasks such as filing and data entry
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all communications
- Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience as a front desk or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous for understanding client interactions
- Personal assistant or office management experience that demonstrates reliability and multitasking capabilities
