We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, serving drinks, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. - Accurately take food and drink orders using our POS system
- Prepare beer, wine, and craft cocktails accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of our beer, wine and cocktail menus
- Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests
- Restock and maintain bar inventory and supplies
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Assist with opening/closing duties and side work
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Clear and reset tables throughout your shift

- Manage cash transactions and operate a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Participate in banquet and event service
- Demonstrate basic math skills to handle cash handling and calculate bills
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of drinks and food
- Upsell and promote special deals and promotions
- Provide support to other staff members as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Cash handling experience
- Knowledge of retail math and food handling procedures
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
