HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Manages performance and develops talent within the sales team by setting clear goals and performance expectations, tracking progress against goals, ensuring feedback that reinforces individual team member’s developmental progress, success, and the pursuit of relentless improvement.
Works closely with an internal SOREL team of merchants, customer service and planning that is responsible for product planning and production, sales and inventory projections, SMU design, operational and logistics support, and information to all parties to help properly manage key account business .
Thorough knowledge of marketing, sales theory, strategy, prospecting, account business planning, forecasting, use of sales aids, and closing techniques

Salary Range: $114,610 - $191,320
