At MasterCraft Painting, we are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be the face of our company in the local community—responsible for prospecting neighborhoods, generating new business leads, providing accurate project estimates, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Door-to-door canvassing in residential and commercial neighborhoods to generate leads and offer our services.
On-Site Estimates: Evaluate customer properties, take project measurements, and present detailed estimates.
Closing Sales: Present sales proposals to homeowners and business owners, following up consistently to close deals.
Customer Relations: Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the project.
Qualifications:
Bilingual Requirement: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required for effective communication with all clients).
Experience: Prior experience in field sales, canvassing, or customer service (experience in painting or construction is a plus, but not required).
Skills: Strong communication, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and a positive attitude.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
