The Donor Experience Lead for Goodwill supports the store/site manager by providing leadership and training to donation personnel. This role involves both independent and collaborative duties, ensuring an exceptional donor experience in line with Goodwill SEGA standard operating procedures (SOPs). The Lead is responsible for maintaining a tidy work area and assisting in various operational tasks as needed, all while adhering to Goodwill SEGA rules, policies, and safety procedures.

Your Typical Day:

Supervise the daily activities and staff at the assigned site.

Greet donors promptly and courteously within 10 seconds; assist with unloading donations and offer tax receipts while maintaining accurate daily donation counts.

Assist the manager with scheduling toensure site coverage at all times.

Oversee and assist in the training of new attendants, providing ongoing development opportunities through training and feedback.

Conduct team huddles and safety training sessions with staff.

Maintain a clean and organized donation site.

Ensure the donation site is stocked with necessary supplies and that maintenance is up to date.

Ability to push/pull 100 pounds
