EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This role focuses on supporting children, youth, and families through social service and case management work. You will help guide families toward safety while working with community partners. As a County Caseworker 1, you will perform the following duties: Case Investigation: Investigate reports of child abuse and neglect and gather essential informationFamily Support: Provide guidance to families through in home services and help them access available resourcesClient Monitoring: Observe client behavior and document progress accuratelyProblem Solving: Apply problem solving techniques to address family needs and challengesAgency Collaboration: Work with social service agencies to coordinate care and supportWork Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment.Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.On call rotation schedule.Overtime as needed.Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
