Position Overview
- Guest Service Excellence: Greet guests warmly and guide them through our menu with confidence and enthusiasm. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our pizza, small plates, and drink pairings.
- Menu Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all food and beverage offerings.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to the table.
- Table Maintenance: Proactively monitor and attend to guests' needs throughout their meal, including refilling water, clearing plates, and checking for satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the kitchen, bar, and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and a positive dining environment.
- Problem Resolution: Gracefully handle guest inquiries, special requests, and any service issues, escalating to management when necessary.
- Financial Transactions: Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Restaurant Operations: Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
