Lead strategic client relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for a major destination marketing account

Partner with Creative, Media, Digital, Content, and Project Management teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies

Manage budgets, forecasting, account profitability, contract negotiations, and scope development

Present marketing strategies, campaign results, and recommendations to executive-level clients

Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional services and strategic initiatives

Support new business efforts, including RFPs, proposals, and client presentations

Mentor and develop Account Managers, Account Supervisors, and Coordinators

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives

Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills with executive-level clients

Strong strategic thinking, organization, and project management abilities

Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and account profitability

Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work across multiple agency disciplines

Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Confident public speaker with strong executive presence

Minimum 7 years of account management or client services experience within an integrated marketing, advertising, branding, digital, or media agency

Proven experience managing executive-level client relationships and complex integrated marketing initiatives

Experience leading cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple concurrent projects

Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

Tourism, destination marketing, hospitality, or government marketing experience preferred but not required

Must be able to work in the Jackson, MS area and regularly attend in-person client meetings
