Overview
Join our dynamic Dental manufacturing team as a Skilled Upholsterer, where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will bring precision and quality to our production line. In this role, you will be responsible for upholstering and re-upholstering dental equipment using a range of hand tools, power tools, and sewing equipment. Your expertise will contribute to creating durable products with a focus on auto restoration and custom fabrication projects. Responsibilities
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently
- Operate sewing machines to stitch, repair, or customize fabric or leather parts as needed
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure quality standards are met during manufacturing processes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
- Inspect finished work for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience as upholsterer
- Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, sewing machines, and assembly processes in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of sewing techniques and auto restoration procedures preferred
- Ability to read technical diagrams and follow detailed instructions accurately
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise craftsmanship
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to tool use and manufacturing environments
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Must speak Fluent English
