Deputy Clerk
Auto Title Clerk (Batavia, Beechmont, Milford, Wards Corner)
Position open until filled
Status:
Full Time; 40 hours/week
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (hours may vary slightly)
Saturday hours twice monthly
Non-exempt; Unclassified
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hr.
Job Overview: We are looking for reliable and responsible hardworking team players that are interested in working in a professional setting to serve the patrons of Clermont County and surrounding counties.
Essential Duties:
- Work closely with dealers and the state.
- Answer phone calls, assist customers, resolve minor issues, the ability to multitask, prioritize work, maintain cash drawer and correctly file paperwork from various county offices/dealers.
- Accept, execute, and submit passport applications.
- Accept training on a variety of computer systems essential for daily work
