TLC Family Care is hiring dependable and caring Childcare Providers and Babysitters to provide in-home childcare for families throughout the Charlotte area.
This position primarily focuses on childcare, including caring for children of various ages, supporting daily routines, and creating a safe and engaging environment. Adult and senior care opportunities may also be available, so caregivers with adult care experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay & Benefits
- Weekly direct deposit every Friday
- $19/hour for 1–2 dependents
- $20/hour for 3 dependents

Schedule
We're looking for caregivers who can:
- Work 2–5 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
- Be available between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Work 8-hour shifts
- Commit for at least 3 months
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, in-home childcare
- Plan engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines
- Create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment
- Communicate updates with parents and guardians
- Provide companionship and basic support for adults and seniors when assigned
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience (babysitting, nannying, daycare, preschool, or similar)
- Adult care, senior care, or home care experience is a plus
- Two professional caregiving references
- Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification before employment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and texting skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Complete TLC's online orientation before your first assignment
