Duties
- A short reading from the Holy Bible at the beginning of each session.
- Conduct online tutoring sessions with students/clients.
- Develop and implement engaging and personalized lesson plans that align with the student's needs and goals.
- Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a focused learning atmosphere.
- Submit a video recording for the entire time of the scheduled session/s
Requirements
- Must have a valid teaching certificate in Iowa
- At least 2 years of proven professional teaching/tutoring experience of the subject/s you are willing to tutor.
- Strong oral and written communication, computer & internet skills to effectively conduct the online/virtual tutoring sessions for students of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Laptop, tablet, or iPad with a webcam and a stable internet connection.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning techniques.
- Ability to create an inclusive environment for all learners, adapting materials as necessary.
- A passion for educating others and a commitment to student success.
