Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance
Respond to guest requests for repairs
Maintain safety standards and equipment logs
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of building systems and repairs
Ability to work on-call or flexible hours
Prior hotel or facility maintenance experience preferred
