Summary:
There is no prior experience or education level necessary for this position. Responsibilities include interacting with/greeting guests, maintaining a waitlist and reservations, updating floor plans and table status, communicating with servers, communicating with guests via phone, inputting takeout orders, managing online ordering tablets, organizing the host stand and storage area, minor cleaning duties, etc.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
