What You Will Do:
- Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to communicate effectively with individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to assess risk and work effectively with challenging and diverse populations.
- Knowledge of BHN substance use programs, other BHN programs, and community resources, including how to help individuals access them; knowledge of medication clinic workflows and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including email and database systems; EHR experience helpful.
- Knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders and treatment, including severe mental illness.
- Experience verifying insurance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience; call center or intake experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.

Salary Range- $21.00-23.00
