Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience or Familiarity with Square POS reports
- Experience with Payroll processing in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop
Job Duties:
- Record All Daily Sales and Invoice payments in QuickBooks
- Daily Sales requires being able to navigate Square to pull reports for reconciliation of daily sales tax
- Manage accounts payables by timely entering and paying all vendor invoices and other payments
- Manage Accounts Receivables by entering and sending Landscape invoices
- Billing to Customers
- Monthly Maintenance Contract Invoices (these are saved in memorized transactions)
- Monitor accounts recievables aging and communicate aged receivables that have not been collected timely
- Reconcile all bank statements monthly
- Closely monitor cash flow along with providing weekly updated spreadsheet to management
- Process Bi-Weekly Payroll and remit all applicable occupational, state & Federal tax withholdings per due dates
- Issue Annual 1099's
- All Check Payments, including payroll checks, must be uploaded into company's Positive Pay for check protection or the exceptions will have to be cleared daily as needed. (Uploading the file is the best method)
- File and pay monthly sales tax
- File Water exclusion each month (folder in the "K" payables file rolling cart)
- Fileable form can be found in 2026/2026 Water Exclusions/EXCL_APP Fileable Form
- Transfer cost of plant material, Mulch, and Materials Purchase Sheets that are used by the landscape division
- Produce Monthly Financials
- File and pay monthly Workers Compensation - KY AGC/SIF
- Onboard new Employees
- Maintaining Personnel Files
- Maintain and reconcile Customer Deposits
- Provide Information for our two annual insurance Audits
- West bend Liability audit -February
- Workers Compensation Audit - June/July

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
