We are seeking an experienced COO to oversee all operational aspects of our event venue, in-house catering division, and restaurant operations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, maintaining operational excellence, and achieving financial goals across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate has experience managing hospitality, events, catering, restaurants, or multi-unit operations and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and leadership are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop venue, restaurant, catering, and administrative teams.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate managers and staff.
- Establish accountability, performance standards, and operating procedures.
- Create schedules and staffing plans to ensure efficient operations.
- Foster a positive, professional, and high-performance culture.
Event Venue Operations
- Oversee all event operations from booking through event execution.
- Ensure flawless client experiences for weddings, corporate events, social events, and private functions.
- Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with sales and coordination teams to maximize event success.
Catering Operations
- Oversee in-house catering services for venue events and outside catering opportunities.
- Work closely with culinary leadership to ensure food quality, consistency, and profitability.
- Develop systems to improve catering efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Manage catering logistics, staffing, inventory, and execution.
Restaurant Operations
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant performance.
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Work alongside the Head Chef and General Manager to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
Financial & Business Management
- Manage budgets, labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses.
- Review P&L statements and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and operational metrics.
- Develop and execute growth initiatives for events, catering, and restaurant revenue.
Client & Guest Experience
- Ensure every client receives a five-star experience from inquiry through event completion.
- Resolve escalated guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards for customer service across all departments.
Marketing & Business Development
- Partner with ownership and marketing teams on growth strategies.
- Support community outreach, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase bookings, catering sales, and restaurant traffic.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 5+ years of hospitality, restaurant, catering, event venue, or multi-unit operations management experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 15+ employees.
- Experience managing budgets, labor, and P&L performance.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to lead multiple departments simultaneously.

Compensation
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually (depending on experience)
