Local physician-led medical aesthetics practice seeking a Texas Licensed Aesthetician for a part-time position. Flexible structure available, including per-procedure compensation for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, highly motivated, and confident in both patient care and sales. Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills are required. This role is well-suited for someone looking to grow their income and expand within the field.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, Morpheus8, microneedling, IPL, Forma, and related treatments
- Accurate documentation of procedures (notes, photography, follow-ups)
- Patient consultations for treatments, skincare, and products
- Managing and actively filling your schedule
- Assisting with planning promotions, events, and pop-ups
- Representing the practice at events and speaking about services
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality control
- Selling and promoting ZO Skin Health products
- Promoting services and products via social media
Experience with Morpheus8 is preferred but not required if you have experience with RF devices and/or microneedling. Injectables experience is a strong plus.
Requirements:
- Texas Licensed Aesthetician (required)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience
- Currently active in the field
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and team-oriented mindset
Preferred experience:
- Custom facials
- Brow waxing/tinting
- Lash lift/tint
- Chemical peels
- Body treatments (exfoliation/peels)
- Microdermabrasion
- Skincare consultations and analysis
- Laser hair removal license or certification in laser aesthetics
- Extractions
- Microneedling / RF microneedling
- Radiofrequency skin tightening (face/body)
- PRP therapy (face/body)
