Diesel Mechanic Technician
Pennsylvania
PGT Trucking has opportunities for diesel technicians in the Blairsville/Midland area.
- Up to $34.00 per hour (based on T3 level experience and certifications)
- Extra pay differentials based on shift, experience, and ASE certifications
- Allowance programs for tools and safety shoes
- ASE training program – company-paid training, testing and recertifications
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, drivetrains, braking systems, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and execute precise and timely repairs
- Work closely with the parts department to streamline repairs and maintenance activities
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, environmental standards, and maintain regulatory compliance
- Keep workspace organized, clean, and secure at all times

- One year of heavy duty mechanic experience with diesel engines OR equivalent trade/technical school education
