Qualifications:
- Maintain an enthusiastic, high-energy personality throughout the workday
- Self-starter, goal and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Super listening skills
- NO experience required
- P&C License required
Responsibilities:
- Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs
- Offer complimentary quotes to prospects covering automotive, home, renters, life, watercraft, and business insurance
- Explain coverage options of our many insurance carriers (Including: Progressive, Nationwide, Travelers, Safeco, Hagerty, Auto-Owners, Grange, State Auto, Foremost, and Founders)
- Sell and bind personal lines insurance policies
- Maintain up to date knowledge of new products, carriers and current insurance market
- Daily follow-up with leads and prospects
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
