We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative who is interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who wants to learn, grow, and become a licensed insurance professional. No prior insurance experience is required—we will provide paid training and support to obtain your insurance license.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, in person, and email
- Assist customers with general inquiries related to insurance plans, coverage options, payments, and policy information
- Provide clear, accurate explanations in both English and Vietnamese to ensure understanding
- Support enrollment, renewal, and account update processes
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Escalate complex issues to licensed agents or management as needed
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and licensing preparation
Training & Licensing
- Paid, structured onboarding and insurance fundamentals training
- Company support to obtain required state insurance license
- Ongoing education and professional development once licensed
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Vietnamese (required)
- Strong customer service mindset with clear verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required (college coursework a plus)
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite in Arlington, TX
- Willingness to complete licensing requirements and background checks as required by state regulations
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous customer service, call center, or office experience
- Interest in insurance, healthcare, professional services
- Experience working with diverse communities

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
