Job Description
We are hiring a reliable and proactive Field Operations Lead to manage and execute day-to-day operations for a growing short-term rental (Airbnb) business in Atlanta.
This role is responsible for ensuring all properties are guest-ready, issues are handled quickly, and all assigned tasks (including virtual team tasks) are completed properly.
This is a hands-on, field-first role with additional responsibility for ensuring tasks across the team are being executed correctly.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: Full-time daytime availability required (peak hours around check-in/check-out)
- Saturday: Typically a shorter, lighter workday focused on essential operational tasks
- Sunday: Off from regular duties
- Must be available for occasional after-hours and Sunday on-call situations when an issue requires someone to physically visit a property (such as guest lockouts, delivering emergency equipment, or other urgent on-site needs)

ResponsibilitiesField Execution (Primary)
- Perform property checks and inspections
- Ensure units are clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Handle supply restocking and inventory
- Respond to and resolve on-site issues
- Assist with guest access issues
- Meet deliveries and coordinate vendors
- Respond to occasional after-hours situations that require an in-person visit (such as guest lockouts or delivering emergency equipment like a portable A/C unit)
- Complete urgent on-site tasks that cannot be handled remotely while coordinating with the Property Manager as needed
Task Oversight (Secondary)
- Ensure tasks assigned to cleaners and field staff are completed correctly
- Follow up on incomplete or missed tasks
- Monitor basic task execution from virtual assistants (messaging, scheduling, etc.)
- Report issues or inconsistencies to management
Requirements
- Reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
- Must live within a reasonable driving distance of our Atlanta properties
- Valid driver's license
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Must follow through and complete tasks fully
- Strong communication and organization skills
Ideal Candidate
- Has experience in delivery, field work, property maintenance, or short-term rentals
- Comfortable being in the field daily
- Naturally takes ownership and does not leave problems unfinished
- Can keep others accountable without needing to be micromanaged
- Able to balance hands-on work with basic coordination
- Calm under pressure and able to respond quickly when unexpected issues arise
Important
This role is not a desk-based management position.
You will work alongside a Property Manager who handles high-level decisions, vendor coordination, and guest communication. Your role is to execute, ensure completion, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by handling the on-site work that keeps our properties operating at a high level.
While most of your work will take place during normal business hours, you will also serve as our primary local field support for occasional after-hours situations that require someone to be physically present at a property.
Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week
