Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and load shipments using material handling equipment such as RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Stock shelves, racks, and storage areas with retail store products or warehouse inventory with accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct regular inventory control checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and identify discrepancies promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by performing routine cleaning, packaging, and merchandising tasks
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes by preparing items for dispatch or storage according to company standards
- Support retail store operations through stocking shelves, replenishing merchandise, and providing excellent customer service when needed
- Operate warehouse equipment safely following proper lifting practices and safety protocols to prevent injuries
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and the use of RF scanners is a plus
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting tools safely
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and inventory management
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication across diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive attitude to support team collaboration
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and manual handling tasks throughout the shift
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory data
