Moreno’s Roofing is seeking driven, self-motivated sales professionals to join our growing team. This is an outside sales position focused on residential roofing, with both retail (cash/financed) sales and insurance-related projects.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face sales, can build trust with homeowners, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.
Top performers consistently earn $100,000+ per year.
Compensation & Training
- Paid Training
- Base pay plus Commission

What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, networking, and follow-up
- Meet homeowners and be physically capable of performing residential roof and attic inspections.
- Present retail roofing solutions (cash and financing options)
- Assist homeowners with insurance claim-based projects when applicable
- Meet with insurance adjusters as needed
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals
- Close contracts and collect required documentation
- Maintain accurate job notes in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure production-ready jobs
- Follow up with homeowners from initial contact through job completionWhat We’re Looking For-Required Traits (Non-Negotiable)

- Willingness to prospect and generate opportunities
- Coachable mindset and ability to follow a proven sales process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to handle rejection and delayed gratification
- Physical ability to climb ladders and get on roofs and attics
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record and be insurable under the company's commercial auto insurance policy.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience in commission-based sales (B2C preferred)
- Home improvement, roofing, or construction experience
- Door-to-door or outside sales background
Roofing experience is NOT required. We train the right people.
