This role offers the opportunity to work with premium ingredients and deliver an extraordinary dining experience at 40,000 feet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and assist in the creation of bespoke menus for private jet clients.
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest culinary and aesthetic standards.
- Ensure precision in portioning, plating, and packaging for in-flight dining.
- Oversee kitchen operations during assigned shifts, maintaining excellence under time-sensitive conditions.
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the executive and client relations team to ensure tailored service for every flight.
