About Green Image Landscaping
Green Image Landscaping is a growing South Florida landscape company serving commercial, HOA, and residential clients across Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties.
We are looking for a strong Landscape Maintenance Account Manager who can manage client relationships, inspect properties, coach field teams, identify enhancement opportunities, and make sure our maintenance accounts are running at a high level.
This is not a desk job. This role is for someone who likes being in the field, walking properties, solving problems, communicating with clients, and helping crews perform better.
About the Role
The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager is responsible for assigned landscape maintenance accounts from both a client and quality standpoint.
You will be the main point of contact for property managers and clients. You will visit properties, review service quality, communicate priorities to field supervisors, help resolve issues, and look for opportunities to improve each account.
The ideal candidate has landscape maintenance experience, understands commercial and HOA properties, communicates professionally, and knows how to hold standards without creating confusion for the crews. As the Landscape Maintenance Account Manager, you will set the standard for service quality across every account.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of commercial, HOA, landscape, and irrigation maintenance accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and property managers
- Conduct regular property walk-throughs to review quality, service needs, and client concerns
- Build strong relationships with clients to improve retention and satisfaction
- Respond to client questions, requests, complaints, and service concerns in a timely and professional way
- Meet with property managers to discuss landscape conditions, priorities, and improvement opportunities
- Communicate client feedback and special instructions clearly to field supervisors
- Coach field supervisors and crews on service quality, efficiency, safety, and appearance
- Inspect properties to confirm work quality and contract compliance
- Help resolve service deficiencies and confirm corrective actions are completed
- Identify enhancement opportunities and prepare or assist with proposals
- Follow up on open proposals, contract renewals, and approved work
- Confirm completed enhancement work is documented and ready for invoicing
- Track account notes, service issues, site photos, client communication, and follow-ups
- Report account issues, KPIs, and action items to the General Manager
Daily Responsibilities
- Start the day with field supervisor briefings on safety, route updates, client priorities, and carryover items
- Confirm schedules, property access, service priorities, and special instructions
- Verify trucks, trailers, fuel, tools, PPE, and equipment are ready for the day
- Make sure trailers are properly loaded, organized, and equipped with correct counts
- Spend time in the field inspecting properties and coaching supervisors and crews
- Triage client issues, route changes, and service concerns
- Approve timecards and resolve punch issues
- End the day with supervisor debriefs, service notes, issue updates, and next-day priorities
- Confirm trucks, trailers, equipment, fuel, repairs, and PPE are ready for the next morning
- Make sure mower blade replacements and key equipment checks are happening consistently

- Review enhancement leads and schedule property walks
- Confirm completed enhancement work is ready to invoice
- Report KPIs, client issues, operational concerns, and action items to the General Manager
- Schedule equipment reviews, maintenance needs, and repair follow-ups
- Review upcoming properties when possible to identify quality concerns before service
Monthly Responsibilities
- Visit all assigned properties 1–2 times per month
- Walk properties with crews or property managers when possible
- Help ensure monthly safety meetings are completed and documented
- Confirm the monthly maintenance schedule is updated for the following month
- Review truck inventory, tools, supplies, and missing items
- Ensure trucks are being cleaned inside and out
- Monitor high-use supplies such as glyphosate, edger blades, chainsaw chains, mower blades, and other maintenance materials
- Coordinate needed maintenance for mowers, trucks, trailers, and handheld equipment
- Review enhancement opportunities and follow up on approved work
- Prepare monthly KPI updates, account concerns, and improvement plans for the General Manager
What You Won’t Do
- You will not own Lawn Maintenance scheduling. That remains with the Lawn Maintenance Manager.
- You will not replace the field supervisor. You coach, inspect, clarify expectations, and hold standards, but supervisors remain responsible for daily crew execution.
- You will not act as the mechanic, but you are responsible for identifying equipment issues and making sure they are reported and scheduled for service.
- You will not make large or unapproved purchases without approval from management.
- You will not let client issues sit unresolved without a follow-up plan.
- You will not skip documentation. Notes, photos, service issues, proposals, and follow-ups must be tracked.
Tools Used
- CompanyCam for site photos, service documentation, checklists, and issue tracking
- CRM and scheduling systems for client notes, account history, schedules, and follow-ups

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, account management, field supervision, or a related role
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices, plant material, irrigation basics, and South Florida property conditions
- Experience working with commercial properties, HOAs, property managers, or client-facing landscape accounts
- Ability to walk properties, identify quality issues, communicate priorities, and follow up
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach field supervisors and crews respectfully and clearly
- Comfortable using CompanyCam, CRM systems, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting systems
- Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment and common repair or service needs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- CDL is a plus
- Florida pesticide license or landscape contractor license is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Success Looks Like
- Assigned properties are visited 1–2 times per month and properly documented
- Client issues are acknowledged quickly and followed through to resolution
- Field supervisors understand daily priorities before crews leave the yard
- Trucks, trailers, equipment, PPE, fuel, and tools are ready before the next workday
- Enhancement opportunities are identified, proposed, followed up on, and completed when approved
- Completed enhancement work is documented and ready for invoicing
- Crew hours are reviewed weekly against contract hours
- Truck inventory and missing items are reviewed consistently
- Equipment maintenance needs are identified before they cause avoidable downtime
- KPIs, client concerns, schedule issues, and action items are reported to the General Manager
