Pay Rate: $15.43/hour
Overtime Rate: $23.00/hour

Medustrial Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking dedicated Caregivers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential special needs setting.
This position is ideal for individuals who are patient, team-oriented, hands-on, and committed to helping others live safely, comfortably, and with dignity while supporting their independence and personal goals.
CAREGIVER / DSP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with disabilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Feeding Assistance
- Support residents with behavioral and emotional needs
- Follow Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP)
- Administer and document medications
- Transport residents to appointments and community activities
- Complete daily documentation and incident reports
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Assist residents with daily routines, structure, and active treatment goals
AVAILABLE SHIFTS
- 1st Shift
- 2nd Shift
- 3rd Shift
- Rotating Weekends Required
- Holidays Required
- Set Schedules Only
ON-CALL REQUIREMENT
All Caregivers/DSPs may be required to remain available for on-call coverage up to four (4) hours before and four (4) hours after their scheduled shift in the event of a call-out or staffing emergency. Flexibility, teamwork, and reliability are essential.
REQUIREMENTS
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ Completed Physical Examination
✔ Current CPR & First Aid Certification
✔ Current 2-Step TB Skin Test
✔ Valid Driver's License
✔ Two Forms of Government-Issued Identification
✔ Ability to Pass Background Check and Drug Screening
✔ Clean Motor Vehicle Report (if transporting residents)
✔ Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills
✔ Minimum One (1) Year Caregiver/DSP Experience Preferred
