Full-time | Flexible 8-hour shifts between 7 AM - 6 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Create fun, age-appropriate lessons with your co-lead
- Engage with kids to make learning exciting
- Update student notes on The Goddard Family App
- Keep the classroom safe, clean, and welcoming
- Communicate with families & your team like a pro
What You Need:
- 1-3 years of experience in early childhood education
- CDA, Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a field related to early childhood education
- Passion for working with kids & a team-player mindset
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
