About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated RV Service Technician to join our growing team in Midland. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s mechanically inclined, reliable, and enjoys working directly with customers to solve problems and keep their RVs running right.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on RVs and campers
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Explain findings and recommendations to customers in clear, straightforward terms
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
What You’ll Need
- Mechanical or technical repair experience (RV, automotive, HVAC, or related trades preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to receive incoming parts, maintain accurate inventory, and load the truck with parts needed for the next day's jobs
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues on the fly
- Willingness to learn manufacturer-specific systems
