Duties
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid replacements, and filter changes with precision and efficiency
- Perform tire rotations, alignments, and tire service to optimize vehicle safety and performance
- Assist with basic automotive repairs and diagnostics under supervision to support the service team
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete mechanical tasks accurately
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues, ensuring all maintenance meets dealership standards
- Maintain detailed records of services performed for each vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and answering customer questions professionally
Requirements
- Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive diagnostics is essential
- Experience with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, and basic repairs required
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive maintenance equipment necessary
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely during tire service or maintenance tasks
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Mechanical repair or service technician experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level applicants
