As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service & Sales Insurance Agent to join our fast-paced team. This role blends front-line customer service with the ability to recognize and create new client opportunities.
You will support and maintain client relationships, assist with policy renewals, help assess insurance needs, and recommend appropriate coverage solutions while delivering top-notch service. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of insurance products, strong communication skills, and is comfortable assisting clients while identifying opportunities to better protect them.
hourly + commission + bonus
Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
