Front Office Specialist (Patient Experience)
Employment Status: Part Time| Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Schedule: Approximately 20-30 hours per week
Work Location: On-site; travel required to multiple office locations within an approximate one-hour driving distance

We are hiring a front-facing professional who understands that exceptional patient care begins long before a provider enters the room. Core Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors

Manage patient arrival and departure processes with accuracy and compassion

Schedule appointments, testing, and follow-up visits per clinical direction

Gather, verify, and maintain patient demographic and insurance information

Confirm insurance eligibility and secure authorizations as needed

Collect patient financial responsibility, including co-pays and balances

Upload and organize documentation within the electronic medical record

Prepare patient charts in advance to support clinic readiness

Maintain clean, orderly, and welcoming patient areas

Support patients who may be anxious or unwell with patience and care

Travel regularly to clinic locations within an approximate one-hour drive radius

Minimum Requirements

Associate degree or higher required

At least one year of customer service or patient-facing experience

Ability to travel consistently to nearby clinic locations

Physical & Work Environment
This role requires extended periods of sitting at a workstation, frequent computer and phone use, and occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 15 pounds.
