GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties as a harvest/trim Support Technician Tier 1 include supporting all stages of the post-harvest process, including manicure, fresh frozen, harvesting, branching, bucking, trimming (wet and dry), and sorting.
A Support Technician Tier 1 is expected to follow direction from leads and supervisors, maintain a strong work ethic, and contribute to a clean, efficient, and organized workflow. This role is foundational and offers opportunities to build skills, increase consistency, and grow into more advanced responsibilities through reliable performance and teamwork.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety and departmental guidelines
- Perform the following stages of post-harvest processing, including fresh frozen, harvesting, bucking, trimming (wet and dry), and sorting.
- Assist in the dry and cure process.
- Report quality control discrepancies to the manager or supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, facility, and equipment.
- Meet or exceed established individual and team goals related to productivity, quality, and compliance, as defined by departmental metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management, supervisor and leads.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Driver’s license or State ID card.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must pass all required background checks.
- Must remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must be approved by the DCR to receive an Agent badge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
