Authorization as an Educational Technician III Required

Three years post secondary education required, or 90 credit hours

Knowledge of behavior management strategies necessary

Ability to implement behavior plans and individual education plans needed

Experience working in an elementary school and/or high school setting helpful

Experience working in a program for children with emotional disabilities preferred

Ability to work in a team approach environment required

Willingness to assist with toileting may be necessary

Ability to use ABA discrete trial instruction

Willingness to learn and use Safety Care techniques necessary
