Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Supervisor to lead our lawn crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with individuals with disabilities and special needs, along with the ability to provide leadership, structure, and support in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a lawn care crew, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Maintain accountability for assigned individuals and ensure awareness of their whereabouts at all times
- Implement and monitor Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Ensure individuals receive appropriate programming as outlined in their Life Plans
- Safely transport individuals as a van driver, as needed
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment
- Accurately complete and submit required documentation and reports in a timely manner
- Document program activities and any notable events
- Provide guidance, support, and supervision to crew members
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid South Carolina driver’s license required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or special needs
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures
