Our Pet Concierge position is the face of our business. Responsible for the front desk operations, the Pet Concierge is responsible for greeting customers and their dogs, scheduling and managing appointments, checking pets in and out for services via our software system, processing payments and recording tips, answering phones, email, text, and Facebook messages, learning about items sold in boutique in order to answer questions for clients and complete boutique sales. This position pays 15.25 to start with plenty of opportunities for advancement.
In addition, the Pet Concierge is responsible for communicating with Pack Leaders and Alpha Leaders any new/different instructions for pet care, assigning cubbies to track personal belongings (collar, leash, etc.) and ensuring that all food and medication provided by pet parent is labeled and secured as appropriate.
We are a growing business and this position requires someone with an upbeat attitude who can greet our clients professionally and positively. The ideal candidate will be dependable and detail-oriented with the ability to work well with others and maintain composure under pressure. This is typically a high-traffic front-desk and will require the candidate to multi-task; candidate will need the ability to move quickly and efficiently to assist in escorting dogs to/from the daycare, boarding, training and/or grooming service areas.
