Duties
- Lead the overall management of clinic operations, including patient flow, staff scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and service quality
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including JCAHO standards, safety protocols, and privacy laws such as HIPAA
- Oversee medical management activities, including coordinating with healthcare providers to deliver coordinated patient care
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives to maintain a motivated team
- Implement policies and procedures that promote high standards of patient safety, quality care, and operational excellence
- Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, billing processes, and inventory control while ensuring cost-effective practices

Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare management or clinic administration with a strong understanding of medical management practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams within a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards such as JCAHO is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
