About the role
Create and lead an engaging program of activities, events, and experiences for assisted living and memory care.
Design experiences across movement, mindfulness, creativity, spirituality, and learning to support residents’ purpose.
What you’ll do
Plan monthly calendars and execute daily programs
Lead groups and train/coach activities team members
Coordinate volunteers, partnerships, and intergenerational events
Track participation, manage budgets/supplies, and report outcomes
Engage families and market programs within the community
Skills & attributes
Organization, leadership, and communication
Program design for varied cognitive/physical abilities
Creativity and problem‑solving; marketing savvy
MS Office proficiency; quick to learn new tools
Balance priorities and meet deadlines
Relatable experience
Recreation therapy, events, hospitality, or program leadership
Customer service roles involving coaching and facilitation
Senior living or healthcare experience a plus
Qualifications
At least 21 years of age
2+ years in customer service/events/groups
Current negative TB test; background check clearance
Valid driver’s license with qualifying abstract
