CMT Responsibilities:
Administer and assist with self-administration of medications under supervision of RN or LPN
Maintain accurate and compliant medical records and documentation
Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities
Foster a safe, positive, and engaging environment for residents
Encourage resident interaction and socialization
Supervise nurse’s aides and assist with direct care when needed
Monitor and ensure quality care throughout the facility
Transport and assist residents with meals and mobility as needed
