Job Description: Line Service Technicians play a vital role in our safety-centered daily operations and will provide excellent customer service to crew and passengers on the ground by fueling and positioning aircraft, assisting with luggage, and effectively communicating on the radio with our customer service representatives. McCreery Aviation services private aircraft, as well as military and commercial aircraft.
Duties Include: Coordinate and direct arriving and departing aircraft including proper placement of chocks and cones; Aircraft movement, placement, fueling, and storage; Quality control of aviation fuel; Operation of company equipment, including fuel trucks, tugs, forklift, lav service cart, GPUs; Assist passengers, pilots, and crew with luggage and transportation needs; Ground equipment and hangar maintenance; Effective, professional communication with all Team Members and customers; Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights weekends, holidays.
- Ability to calculate numbers accurately.
- Current & valid driver license.
- Pass a 10-year background check for FAA security.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Have a telephone and reliable transportation.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual a plus.
