We are seeking a Customer Serice Associates to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers with collateral loans as well as retail sales. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Basic computer skills are needed. Attention to detail is required for this position. This position would be a guaranteed 38 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm and Saturdays 9:30am to 3:30pm.
We do provide FULL TRAINING for this position, all we need is a great can-do attitude!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing collateral loan services to customers
- Providing retail sales assistance to customers
- Accurately inputting customer information into the computer
- Accurately labeling and safely storing customer items
- Preparing and displaying inventory item for sale
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, and other related fields is a bonus
- Ability to communicate with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Absolutely NO criminal background of any kind
- Must be at least 21 year old to apply
- Reliable transporation is required
