Preferred Qualifications
- Head Spa experience is highly preferred
- Experience with customized facials and skincare treatments
- Strong facial, scalp massage, and customer service skills
- Friendly, reliable, and professional
- Passion for helping clients relax and feel their best
- Comfortable educating clients on home skincare and recommending retail products
Responsibilities
- Perform luxury Head Spa treatments
- Provide customized facials and skincare services
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences from start to finish
- Follow sanitation and safety standards
- Build lasting relationships with clients and encourage rebooking
